Associate Director, Client Operations

At Rockfish, our Directors, Client Operations are responsible for leading digital client programs from concept to delivery.  They ensure client satisfaction by aligning client objectives and Rockfish capabilities to deliver on the promise of excellence in execution. 
 
What You'll Do:

  • Develop customized solutions (strategies and tactics) for mutual growth and profit
  • Accurately forecasts budget and controls costs
  • Effectively utilizes staff including delegating as appropriate
  • Carefully monitor team’s time; ensures all team members are allocated to meet billable objectives
  • Demonstrate internal leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects to clients with agreed upon scope
  • Provide excellent people leadership to direct reports
  • Oversee and manage a healthy and growing book of business 

Experiences/Abilities You Should Have:

  • Ability to successfully interface with both clients
  • Prior healthcare experience required
  • Experience working across agency partners
  • Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written
  • Ability to review data and provide analysis to keep work on time and on budget
  • Demonstrates business management with financial acumen
  • Possesses deep digital knowledge and experience and can leverage to achieve client’s objectives
  • Ability to deliver projects within +/-10% of scope, or to identify potential overages and manage internal and external expectations
  • Ability to mentor and grow others
  • Ability to identify opportunities to partner with other functions to drive return on investment for clients
  • Ability to work harmoniously as part of a larger team
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet needs of growing business(es)
